Extension of Let ter Cont ract Due to delays in state submission of proposals detailing its cos.t share for environmental surveillance as stipulated under Article VI - Definitization and delays in the subsequent roview of such proposals such letter contract must be extended, in orm to properly evaluate proposals to ensure proper turn around time for execution of a definitized three (3) year contract, such time
, extension shall be for thirty (30) days.
It is imperative that no lapse occurs in the letter contract prior to t
