Alternate Shutdown System dated February 6, 1987, has determined that the notary signature at the bottom of Page 11 of the submittal was not revised to reflect the new signature dates. A corrected statement (copy attached) reads as follows: " Sworn and subscribed to me this 6th day of February, 1987." We apologize for any inconvenience this oversight may have caused.
