Dear Mrs.Bennington:
This letter is to confum our phone conversation ofJanuary 19,1999 wherein Transnuclear, Inc. requested to USNRC the following time to be reserved for one Category II shipment of high enriched uranium:
February 1 -February 7,1999 The shipment will consist of one Babcock and Wilcox Model No. NNFD 5X22 dmm containing 4.654 kgs U235. The shipment will originate at USDOE, Oak Ridge, TN.
The ultimate destination of the shipment will be Atomic Energy of Canada, Limited, Chalk River, Ontario, Canada. The shipment will be transported via truck directly from Oak Ridge to Ontario, Canada.
This letter serves as our written notification for the time stated above which has already been reserved for Transnuclear by the NRC in our above referenced telephone conversation.
