However, pending completion of all required closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under this contract for other immediate agency requirements.

Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:

Under Subsection B.3 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-COST PLUS FIXED FEE (JUN 1988) ALTERNATE 1 (JUN 1991), paragraph (c) is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
