INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS ACCEPTANCE: This is to advise you that those individuals in Enclosure 1 have been accepted for participation in the training course (G-108), " Inspection Procedures." This course is scheduled to be presented September 13-17,1999 at the NRC Technical Training Center, 5746 Martin Road, Suite 200, Osborne Office Center, Near Eastgate Shopping Center, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37411-5677, Telephone (423) 855-6500.

COURSE Students accepted for this course will also receive a copy of this letter, self study

' quizzes and course information. Students will be expected to be present ai the beginning of the course on Monday, September 13,1999 at 8:00 a.m., and will be required to hand in completed self-study quizzes at that time. Class hours will be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Students will be required to complete casework assignments by working together with other students after class hours. To attain a "successfully completed" course certificate, students must take and pass a final exam given Friday afternoon.

. LODGING & TRAVEL: You should plan to arrive on Sunday September 12,1999 and depart on Friday September 17,1999. Participants must make their own lodging and travel arrangements. Individuals should request a State or government employee rate at the hotels.
