Enclosed please find an export license application from Transnuclear, Inc.
for the export of 25.070 kilograms of high-enriched uarnium (93.3%) to France for use as fuel in the HFR Grenoble Research Reactor.
Before taking action on this license application, we would appreciate your views, in accordance with established procedures, as to whether the proposed export meets the applicable criteria in the Atomic Energy Act, as amended by the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Act of 1978.
