, Indemnity Agreement No. B-107, between Georgia Power Company, Oglethorpe Power Corporation, Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia and City of Dalton, Georgia and the Nuclear Regulatory Connission, dated August 21, 1986, is hereby amended as follows:
