Detroit Edison Response Inspection Report 50-341/86013 This letter responds to the notice of violation included with your Inspection Report No. 50-341/86013.
In addition, the results of our investigation of the procedural violations are provided, as requested in Section 3.1 of the inspection report.
This inspection was conducted by Messrs. J. R. Creed and B. Drouin of NRC Region III on April 16-18 and July 14-21, 1986.
