June 9, 1999 ALL AGREEMENT STATES MINNESOTA, OHIO, OKLAHOMA, PENNSYLVANIA, WISCONSIN TRAINING COURSE INFORMATION: ACCEPTANCE TO THE LICENSING PRACTICES AND PROCEDURES COURSE (G-109) (SP-99-036) is the list of students from the States selected to attend the July 12 - 16,1999 Licensing Practices And Procedures Course (G-109). Please provide the list of students and the instructions (Enclosure 2) to each individual from your program who is on the list. States with students attending this course have agreed to pay travel expenses, however, there is no tuition for this course.
Course attendees should be encouraged to make travel and lodging arrangements as soon as possible. If for any reason a candidate is unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible, so that alternative arrangements can be made. Enclosure 3 is the tentative schedule for the course.

l ENCLOSURE 1
]O INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS ACCEPTANCE: This is to advise you that those individuals in Enclosure 1 have been accepted for participation in the Training Course (G-109) " Licensing Practices and Procedures."
This course is scheduled to be presented July 12 - 16,1999, at the NRC Region ll Office, Atlanta Federal Center,61 Forsyth Street, SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30303-3415.
COURSE: The course will be conducted beginning at 8:00 am and end at 4:00 pm each day.
The course will end at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, July 16. Students will need to sign in at the main lobby of the building and again on the 24th floor each day. The Federal Center is on the MARTA line, Five Points Station.
LODGING AND TRAVEL:' You should plan to arrive on Sunday, July,11,1999 and depart on Friday, July 16,1999. Participants must make their own lodging and travel arrangements.
Individuals should request a State or government employee rate at the hotels. Close by hotels are:
