I attach for your attention an export license application on behalf of Minserve Administration A.G., which intends to ship a quantity of Namibian origin U 038 currently in storage at NTS in Kentucky to Eldorado Resources Limited in Canada, for conversion services and long term storage.
I have requested further information on the conversion contract-number for this material and will notify you by telephone once it is received.
As Edlow International has received instructions to transport this cargo to Canada as soon as possible I would appreciate your urgent attention to this request.
