Attached is an addendum to the Integrated Leak Rate Test (IRLT) Report which was transmitted by letter dated September 26, 1986.
In addition to supplementing the ILRT Report, this addendum provides the results of an investigation which was performed as a result of Inspections 50-369/86-16 and 50-370/86-16 (reference letter, H.B. Tucker to J.N. Grace, September 4,1986). If there are any questions, contact Duke through normal Licensing channels.
