ANEFCO Inc. hereby requests through this application, a renewal of NRC Certificate of Compliance Number 9071 for the ANEFCO Model AP-101 shipping package to allow continued use.
ANEFCO requests the continued use of the package in accordance with the provision of 10CFR 71.12 and as outlined in our applications and Safety Analysis Report dated June 14, 1976as supplemented J11y 21, August 6, and Oct-ober 21, 1976.
The current Certificate expires November 30, 1986.
Since the cask is in service, ANEFCO has prepared this request 60 days in advance of the expiration so as not to interrupt service or allow the COC to lapse.
ANEFCO Quality Assurance Program, NRC Approval 0001, expires 1/31/90, shall continue to be enforced during the renewed use of the AP-101 in accordance with Subpart H to 10CFR Part 71.
Enclosed is the Title 10 Part 170.3. renewal fee of $150.00 in the form of check #1332.
