-Washington Public Power Supply System (the applicant), on behalf of itself, requests authorization to construct and operate a generating unit utilizing a pressurized water nuclear reactor designated as the WPPSS Nuclear Project No. S. The application was tendered on h! arch 5, 1974. Following a preliminary review for completeness, the application (including the Environmental Report) was rejected on April 15, 1974 for lack of sufficient infomation. The applicants submitted a revised Preliminary Safety Analysis Report (application) on July 15, 1974, and the application was found to be acceptab1'e for docketing.
