of Hearing for Construction Permits in the fe_deral Ragister to determine whether a construction permit shottid be issued to (1) Washington Public Power Supply Systea, on behalf of itself and four investor-cwaed electric a utilities, Pacific Power and L13ht Company, Portland General Electric Company, Puget Sound Power and Liy,ht Company and the Washington Water Power Company, authoriring construe:1on of the proposed WPPSS Nuclear Project No. 3; and (2) Washington Public Power Supply Systas, on behalf of itself, authorizing construction of the proposed WPPSS Nuclear Project No. 5.
