'Dwayne P.enberger of WPPSS called to see if anything could be done to advance the LWA date for Units 3 and 5.
Since the revised schedu'e would call for issuance for an LWA coinc.ident with the monsoo.. season in Washington, I told him owing to changes in design
.-that the Company had made and the supplying of inadequate information valuable schedule time was lost.
In addition, I poisited out that
,we could not reschedule the Lab work immediately upon receiving the necessary information.
These things caused the slip and the time is probably irrevocably lost.

Notwithstanding all this, if it is possible to shave some of the '
time as the review process progresses, I would appreciate it if you would make an attempt to do so.
(I also told Renberger that he should pray for the preceding becoming uncontet.ted; that, in itself, would pick up a couple of months.)
