.j 321.01 It is our position that you have not completely oc conservat,1vely described the groundwater environment existing near the site, particularly the permeabilities existing downgradient from i
the site and rates and direction of groundwater move = sat away from the site as requested in Question 321.14*.
- Also, you have not shown the location of all groundwater users in the site vicinity; the well and its piezonstric level that you used in your spill analysis is not shown on any figure in
.i i
the PSAR.
Accordingly, provide further permeability, porosity, and other suitable pumping test data, necessary to support your conclusions, on soils along probable downgradient flow paths from the site.
The data that you have provided is not considered adequate. Perceability data taken from only a few borings in the area =ay not be representative of all soils in the site vicin'ty. You should conduct enough tests at other locaticus to provide conservative values of important parameters and provide the results of the,se tests.
You should also provide a map showing the location of _all groundwater users, especially those on the south side of the Chehalis River, within a 2 mile radius of the site.
