We have revieved the information presented in the PSAR regarding tornado missiles and found the impact velocities listed in Table 3.5-3 too low.

Based on our evaluation we would consider the following missile impact velocities appropriate for the desi n of the WPPSS 3 & 5 plants (which E

are located in tornado Region II).
