Expiration of Contract No. NRC-04-9T-038 The subject contract expired on February 28,1999, and we are initiating closeout ac!. ion. Your final invoice was received in the amount of $57,651.74 dated March 10,1999. Therefore, the remaining funds in the amount of $125,286.92 is being deobligated in accordance with the attached Modification No. 3. Enclosed are three presigned copies for your signature. Please sign two copies and retain the third for your recorda. NRC-04-97-038 Page 2 Of 2 Based on available information, it appears that there are excess funds remaining under this contract. Therefore. the purpose of this modification is to decrease the amount obligated by the Commission, as follows:
Section B.4. Considerations and Obligation - Cost Reimbursement, paragraph (b) is decreased by $125.286.92 from $187.180.00 to $61.893.08. Therefore.
. paragraph (b) is deleted and the following substituted in lieu thereof:
