Gentlemen:
The Governments are in receipt of "LILCO's Motion and Proposed Form of Order Respecting Schedule for Exercise Hearings."
LILCO's Motion is unresponsive to the Board's limited request that the parties submit only "a proposed order."
Tr. 16,628.
LILCO's Motion raises and argues many issues and proposes many unfounded items which were not discussed by the parties on September 24.
Thus, unless the Board sua sponte summarily rejects LILCO's Motion and the related portions of LILCO's Prcposed Order, an answer to LILCO's Mo' tion is essential.
The Governments will file their answer within the time limits provided by 10 CFR 9 2.730(c), unless the Board informs the Governments that it needs the answer on a different schedule.
