Modification No. 3 to Task Order No.17 under Contract No. NRC-02-96 004 1
The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $51,167 hereby increasing the obligated amount from 516,755 to
$67,922. Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified as follows:
The third paragraph of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"The amount of $67,922 is currently obligated."
All other terms and conditions, of the subject task order, including the ceiling amount of 567,922, remains unchanged.
