The NRC Staff's Proposed Findings and Conclusions of Law for the WPPSS-4 plant will be filed in several days. We expect the Licensing Board to render its Initial Decision for authorization of issuance of a construction permit for the Washington Public Power Supply System Nuclear Project No. 4 on or about February 1,1978. The following infomation is provided to assist you in obtaining the proper fee for this pemit:

Box 968 Richland, Washington 99352 Construction Permit Number: CPPR-174 Concurrent Review: This unit was reviewed concurrently with Washington Public Power Supply System Nuclear Project No. 1 (WNP-1). Unit 1 received a construction permit (CPPR-134) on December 23, 1975. WNP-4 was delayed for completion of the financial qualifications review {forthisunitonly). Further delay to this time was incurred due to new safety issues developed during 1976.
