MEETING WITH REGION lil TO DISCUSS LABORATORY CORRECTIVE ACTION ITEMS The purpose of this memorandum is to confirm two meetings, scheduled for September 15th and 16th, to be held at Region lli with you and your staff, to discuss management and quality assurance issues regarding the Region ill laboratory, and to discuss status and !ssues regarding SDMP sites in Region Ill. These meetings will serve as follow-up on previous discussions regarding the Region lll laboratory audit conducted in February 1996 and the Corrective Action "Get Well" Plan. Please review the attached agenda and indicate whether there are any additional topics which you would like to discuss.
