. TASK ORDER NO. 8 MODIFICATION NO. 3, UNDER CONTRACT NO.
NRC-02-95-009 The purpose of this unilateral modification is to deobligate funds in the amount of $320.71 for final indirect cost rate adjustments. Accordingly, $320.71 in funding is hereby deobligated on Task Order No. 8 and the second paragraph of the basic task order is revised to read:
"The total estimated ceiling for this task order is $32,337.88 of which $30,341.55 represents the estimated costs and $1,996.33 for fixed fee. The net amount of obligations and deobligations is
$32,337.88."
