NRC-02-95-009 The purpose of this unilateral modification is to deobligate funds in the amount of $323.18 for f
final indirect cost rate adjustments. Accordingly, $323.18 in funding is hereby deobligated on Task Order No. 3 and the second paragraph of the basic task order is revised to read:
"The total estimated ceiling for this task order is $53,277.02 of which $49,338.02 represents the estimated costs and $3,939.00 for fixed fee. The net amount of obligations and deobligations is
$53,277.02."
