ROUTINE INSPECTION OF THE ENGLEHARD CORPORATION BUILDINGS, CLEVELAND, OHIO (INSPECTION REPORTS NO. 000-00698/97001(DNMS))
Dear Mr. Kopas:
This refers to the routine inspection conducted on July 16,1997, and August 5,1997, of the Englehard buildings located at 1000 Harvard Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio. This refers also
-to tlw preliminary discussion of our results with you at the conclusion of the inspection on Augt.4t 5,1997.
The inspection was an examination of activities conducted at the Englehard Corporation buildings under your Englehard Corporation " Decommissioning Plan" and Englehard Corporation " Health and Safety Plan". The inspector verified by observation and interviews with you and your contractor, B. Koh & Associates, Inc., that activities at the Englehard buildings were conducted in compliance with both plans.
k in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
