MODIFICATION NO. 3 TO TASK ORDER NO. 004, Entitled " ATLAS -
EVALUATION OF INFILTRATION, SEEPAGE AND GROUND-WATER CONTAMINATION" Under Contract No. NRC-02-98-002
Dear Dr. Patrick:
The subject task order expired on February 12,1999, and we are initiating closeout action.
' However, pending completion of all closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under the task order for other immediate agency requirements. The purpose of modification no. 3 is to decrease the Task Order ceiling and obligated amount by $474.05 as follows:
The cost ceiling associated with performance of Task Order No. 04 is decreased by 0474.05 from $65,694.00 to $65,219.95.
The estimated reimbursable costs and the cost of facility capital for $59,111.00 are decreased by $474.05 to $58,636.95.
Fixed Fee, for $4,729.00, remains the same.
