1999 ALL AGREEMENT STATES MEETING Attached for your information is a preliminary agenda for the 1999 All Agreement States Meeting

- which will be held September 8-10,1999, at the Renaissance Hotel, 9721 Arboretum Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78759. The Chairman will be the Keynote Speaker this year on September 8, 1999 at 9:15 a.m. OAS accepted a number of NRC's proposed agenda items and staff tentatively identified to cover these topics are shown on the agenda. Attached also is a letter from Mr. Richard Ratliff, Secretary of the Organization of Agreement States providing more specific information on travel, hotel rates, and reservations. For those attending, please complete a registration form and return it to Richard Ratliff., Also, please make your hotel reservations promptly given the August 17 cutoff date. I apologize for not getting this information to you sooner. However, we did not receive the draft agenda until July 30*.
