A procedure for the recording and management of data; 5.
Procedures defining corrective actions for off control point chemistry conditions; and 6.
A procedure identifying the authority responsible for the interpretation of the data and the sequence and timing of administrative events required to initiate corrective action.

The Additional Conditions contained in Appendix C, as revised through Amendment No.137, are hereby incorporated in the license. The licensee shall operate the facility in accordance with the additional conditions.
(i)
For cycle 16 only, Southern Nuclear shall be permitted to operate the reactor based on a risk-informed demonstration that predicted steam generator tube structural integrity is adequate to meet Regulatory Guide 1.174 numerical acceptance criteria. In accordance with Principle 5 in Regulatory Guide 1.174 concerning monitoring operational experience to ensure that performance is consistent with risk analysis predictions, if Southern Nuclear plugs or repairs steam generator tubes during cycle 16, then Southern Nuclear shall reinspect the steam generators to the extent necessary to verify that they have been retumed to a condition consistent with the operational assessment.

Fire Protection Southern Nuclear shall implement and maintain in effect all provisions of the approved fire protection program as described on the Final Safety Analysis Report for the facility and as approved in the Fire Protection Safety Evaluation Reports dated February 12,1979, August 24,1983, December 30,1983, November 19,1985, September 10,1986, and December 29,1986. Soutlern Nuclear may make changes to the approved fire protection program without prior approval of the Commission only if those changes would not adversely affect the ability to achieve and maintain safe shutdown.
