Enclosed please find six (6) copies of Revision 18 to the Byron Security Plan.
These changes reflect an upgrade of security in anticipation of fuel load in Unit II and a number of administrative changes in the area of Corporate Security for Commonwealth Edison.
Pursuant to 10CFR 50.54p. we have determined that these changes to the Security Plan do not decrease the Safeguards effectiveness of the Plan.
These enclosures contain Safeguards Information which must be protected from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21.
