Enclosed is a corrected copy of License Amendment No. 10.
Two changes were made to the license to correct oversights on our part.,
Subitem 7.E. was changed to specify that soluble phosphates must be procured
as described in 10 CFR 35.14(b)(1). Also, the reference to yoar letter dated
March 4, 1986 was deleted from License Condition 17., as the changes you
requested have been incorporated by other license conditions.
