-The enclosed NRC Form 173, Standard Order for DOE Work (SOEW), is submitted in accordance with Section lll B.2 of the DOE /NRC Memorandum of Understanding of
- February 24,1978.
-The NRC Form 173 covers termination of Task Orders 1 and 2 and deobligation of any remaining funds. Our accounting indicates that all funds obligated for Task Order 1, which has been completed, have been expended. Our accounting _ indicates that a balance of
$99,863 remains for Task Order 2 which has been only part_lally used and is now terminated due to a change in direction by NRC and Task Order 2 is no longer needed.
Any remaining funds are to be deobligated. The NRC Form 173 reflects our latest account balances for Task Orders 1 and 2. Please sign and return the NRC Form 173 so that we may complete the deobligation, if you have any questions, please contact Brenda Usilton at 301 415 2348 or Dennis Sollenberger at 301-415 2819.
