t By letter dated April '15,1986, the Nuclear Assurance Corporation notified you t.
of six (6) shipments of spent fuel and one (1) shipment of high level waste to be made from West Valley, New York to Battelle Columbus Laboratories at West Jefferson, Ohio.

Due to changed conditions at the receiving site, our schedule for making these.
shipments must be extended and the number of spent fuel shipment is reduced to five (5).
l The extended schedule information is enclosed separately.
This notification is made in accorda ce with the requirements of 10 CFR 73.72.
