(1) correct the NRC Tdg Nos. and identify a piece of equiptrent omitted in Modification No. 2, and (2) identify additional Governnent furnished Ecuipnent, i.e., Hewlett-Packard CRX workstation, and a llewlett-Packarc monitor. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
