Modification No. 3 NRC-03-95-026 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to: (1) Exercise the option to extend the period of performance of the contract from August 14,1999, through August 13,2000; and (2) '
increase the contract ceiling in the contract by $2,288,908.00 from $8,443,628 to
$10,732,536.00. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified to read as follows:
- 1. Section B.3, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-TASK ORDERS, paragraph 5
a, first sentence, is deleted and substituted with the following in lieu thereof: l
"(a) The Maximum Ordering Limitation (MOL) for products and services ordered, delivered, and accepted under this contract is $10,732,536.00." l
- 2. Section F, Subsection F.4 entitled, DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD, is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"The ordering period for this contract shall commence on August 14,1995, and will expire on August 13,2000. Any orders issued during this period shall be completed within the time specified in the order, unless otherwise specified ,
herein. (See 52.216 Ordering)" !
I NOTE: In accordance with the Contractor's letter dated August 10,1999, the Contractor l
waived the requirement for a 60-day preliminary notice to exercise the option year.
l This modification obligates no FY 99 funds. Funding will be provided on a task ordering basis.
All other terms and conditions of the subject contract, including the Conflict of Interest Clauses outlined in Section H of the contract. remain in full force and effect.
