This is in response to your letter dated June 12, 1985, submitted to the Albuquerque Operations Office of the Department of Energy as a Freedom of Information Act (F0IA) request for a report written by David McCloskey in 1976 or 1977. The report you requested has been identified as: SAND 77-0116C " Protection of Nuclear Power Plants Against Sabotage" by David J.'McCloskey, Stuart V. Asselin, Jack W. Hickman, G. Bruce Varnado, and John A. Milloy, (22 pages), October 1977.
