The Contractor shall be paid for each page involving a postponement in accordance with the contract schedule for the type of delivery ordered. This means if hearing was scheduled with, for exam)le, a request for a two day delivery of the transcript anc the hearing was subsequently canceled, a statement of the cancellation must be transcribed with a list of persons desiring to record their appearance. The statement will be billed and paid, in this example, on a two day delivery rate.

Evening Sessions If any out-of-town hearings or meeting for which a transcript has been requested is in session after 6:00 p.m. of any day, the Contractor shall have an additional day to deliver that portion of the transcript which would reflect the evening session.
