SECY-85-404 - UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE OF SENSITIVE INFORMATION - AVAILABILITY OF ADMINISTRATIVE SANCTIONS AGAINST NRC EMPLOYEES AND SPECIAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES This is to advise you that the Commission, by a 4-1 vote has dicapproved the propocalc contained in SECY-85-404 for administrative sanctions against NRC employees and special government employees.
