Dear Mr. Turner:
This is in response to your letter dated March 14, 1986, to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in which you requestec', pursuant to the Freedom of Information~Act (F0IA), a copy of a specified document.
On April 3,1986, that letter was referred by the EPA to this agency for response.
In a telephone conversation on April 11, 1986, between Mr. Olck Lav'ns i
of my staff and Ms. Klemme of the EPA, we were informed that the subject document was released in its entirety by the EPA under a previous F0IA request. We were also informed that the EPA no longer has a copy of this document. Therefore, EPA requested NRC to make the document available for public inspection at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) and forward a copy te the EPA.
The enclosed appendix identifies the document which is being placed in 7
the PDR, 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555, where it wi.11 be available for public inspection at no charge or reproduction at a nominal charge of five cents ($0.05) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14.
The document will be filed in PDR folder F01A-86-240 under your name. Enclosed is a notice that provides charges and procedures for obtaining records from the PDR.
