ARKANSAS NUCLEAR ONE - UNIT 2 CORE OPERATING LIMITS REPORT FOR CYCLE 13 I.
INTRODUCTION This CORE OPERATING LIMITS REPORT (COLR) has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 2 (ANO-2) Technical Specification 6.9.5 for ANO 2's Cycle 13. The core operating limits have been developed using the NRC approved l methodologies specified in Section V. This is Revision 2 of the Cycle 13 COLR.

SUMMARY
OF CHANGES
[
l. Listed below are the changes to the COLR from the Cycle 13 COLR, Revision 0.
l l
Revision 1 e
The Linear Heat Rate with COLSS out of service limit has been revised from s 13.5 kw/
s 13.3 kw/ft. This change is made to address an error found in the energy redistribution factors.
Thew factors are used in the LOCA analyses.
Revision 2 The Reference 8 title was corrected to be consistent with the standard title used by ABB-CE.
References 9 and 10 were renumbered to 10 and 11, respectively, to allow for the new small break LOCA reference to be added. A new Reference 9 was added consistent with added to ANO-2 Technical Specification 6.9.5. - This reference is to Supplement 1-P to CENPD-137.

a)
- With COLSS in service and neither CEAC operable - Maintain COLSS calculated core power less than or equal to COLSS calculated core power operating limit based on DNBR decreased by 13%.
- b)
With COLSS out of service and at least one CEAC operable - Operate within the -
L Region of Acceptable Operation shown or. Figure 5, using any operable CPC
