We have scheduled this meeting for Tuesday, June 29, 1993, at NRC's Headquarters offices located in Rockville, Maryland.
I am pleased to invite you to attend this meeting.
NRC is planning to develop guidance for the solid waste management community, specifically solid waste landfills, waste treatment facilities and transfer stations, on responding to radioactive materials being detected in municipal l
solid waste.
In order to provide the solid waste management community with guidance that addresses their needs and concerns, NRC is conducting this meeting with representatives of the solid waste management community to elicit early input on the guidance.
We have s heduled the meeting for Tuesday, June 29, 1993, in Room 2-F-21 of NRC's Headquarters at One White flint North (11555 Rockville Pike, Rockville, The meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. and end at noon.
