The purpose of this modification is to revise the Statement of Work in accordance with the Chang > " clause as set forth in the contract and the contractor's proposal dated September 17, 1986, and increase the ceiling amount and obligated amount by 514,874.40.

This modification hereby incorporates the contractor's proposal dated September 17, 1986 in the amount of $14,874.40 for the additional work specified herein.

Section G - Contract Administration Data, Subsection G.1 Contract Ceiling Amount is. deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"G.1 Contract Ceiling Amount 1.
Products / Services Stipulated in Section B The total amount of this contract for the delivery and acceptance of the products / services stipulated in Section B is $82,040.00.
The amount of funds available, for the first four courses in the initial year of this contract, is $23,440.00. A minimum of four courses will be funded in the second year of this contract subject to the availability of FY 1987 appropriations.
For additional courses ordered hereunder, funds will be provided through modifications to the contract by the Contracting Officer.
2.
Condensed Revision of The Regulatory Process The total amount of this contract for the condensed revision of The Regulatory Process course is $14,874.40.
3.
Total funds currently available for payment and allotted to this contract are 538,314.40, of which 523,440.00 is for products /
services stipulated in Section B, and of which $14,874.40 is for the condensed revision of "The Regulatory Process" course in accordance with the contractor's proposal dated September 17, 1986.
4.
It is estimated that the total cost to tne Government for full performance of this contract will be S96,914.40.
