- Dear Mr. Taylor:
Thank you for your response of August 11,1997, to our Notice of Violation, issued on -July 11,
.1997, concerning activities conducted at your V. C. Summer facility, it is our understanding that
because of the complexities involved with the Designated Storage and Housekeeping Area
Request, that a comprehensive review and evaluation will be necessary before committing to
specific corrective action dates. It is also our understanding that you will provide a followup -
response to us by September 30,1997. If our understanding is incorrect, please notify us.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
