Enclosed please find an application from Westinghouse Electric for a license to export six fission chambers valued at $29,000.00 to Brazil for lab work by the Brazilian navy at Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Before taking action on this license application, we would appreciate your views, in accordance with estahliahed procedures, as to whether the proposed export meets the applicable criteria in the Atcmic Energy Act as amended by the Nuclear Nonproliferation Act of 1978.
