Atlas Corcoration's Uranium Mill and Tailinas Pile Pursuant to request of staff at the Nuclear Regujatory Commission (NRC), the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) is following up its informal request for information with this Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
Under FOIA, Metropolitan requests copies of the following information and documents pertaining to the Atlas Corporation's uranium mill and tailings pile adjacent the Colorado River in Moab, Utah, in the possession of the NRC:
