PART ll.5- APPLICA LE F:(A EXEMPTIONS Records subject to the request that are desenbed in the enclosed Appendices b sob are being withheld in their entirety or in part under FOIA Eaemptions and for the reasons set forth below pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552(b) and 10 CFR 9.5(a) of NRC Regulations.
- 1. The mthheld information is property classified pursuant to Enocutive Order 12356 (EXEMPTION 1)
- 2. The wthheld mformatson relates solely to the mternal personnel rules and procedures of NRC. (EXEMPTION 2)

Section 141145 of the Atomic Energy Act which prohebits the disclosure of Restncted Data or Formerly Restricted Data (42 U S.C. 2161-2165).
