Ken - Lou is on travel this week and will not be able to review the FONSI. I looked at it and concur. My omments are as follows:
- 1. If this is a stand alone document, I recommend you spell out certain acronyms the first time they are used. For example, I could not find where a member of the public reading this document would learn what BTP, RPP, LLW, and PG-8-08 stood for.
- 2. Even though Cimarron is a grandfathered site, on item d ' it also be informative to state that the predicted doses from the resident farmer are also less tha the 25 rikem radiological criteria for unrestricted use specified in Part 20 subpart E. %
