Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to: (1) exercise Option Year One in accordance with subsection I,6, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, (2) reduce the minimum orderir.g limitation amount for this option year from "$92,041" to "$10,000", and (3) revise Subsection B.6.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
1.
Under Subsection B.4 entitled " CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--
TASK ORDERS (AUG 1989) ALTERNATE I (JUN 1991) OPTION YEAR 1,"
paragraph (b), the guaranteed minimum ordering limitation amount is decreased to $10,000 due to budget reductions in the requiring NRC program office.
Therefore, the amount of
"$92,041" is DELETED and REPLACED with "$10,000."

Under Subsection B.6 entitled " MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM QUANTITIES," the second paragraph, the minimum ordering quantity of 10% of the ceiling amount is hereby decreased for Option Year One, as mutually agreed upon on June 20, 1997. Therefore, this paragraph is revised to read as follows:
"The MINIMUM quantity the Government will order under this Indefinite Quantity contract is 20% of the mutually agreed upon ceiling amount of the three year base period.-'
Should the NRC exercise the options, the Minimum quantity the Government will order in the option yeare may be reduced to less than 10% of the mutually agreed upon ceiling amount of the contract for each of the options years trefer to-Subsection B.4 and B.5).
An adjustment may be nagotiated at the time of exercising an option."

Under Subsection F.6,
" DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD (MAR 1987)
ALTERNATE 4 (JUN 1988)," the contact's period of performance is hereby extended for an additional year.
Therefore, the first sentence under Subsection F.6 is deleted in its entirety and the following sentence is substituted in liea thereof:
"The ordering period for this contract shall commence on 9/1/94 and expire on 8/31/98."
All other terms and conditions of this contract remain unchanged.
