- Sir, It is my opinion that it is unsafe to ship nuclear waste. Any transportation accident becomes a nuclear accident, and, as such, will require great effort and expense for remediation.
As for the proposed site, I will believe it is safe when company headquarters is co-located with EPA headquarters onsite.
