Approximately 1,060 temporary alterations (bypass jumpers) made from 1985 through 1996 To establish the ICAVP sample, select:

e 1.

A mix of both electrical and mechanical temporary alterations.

2.

Temporary alterations primarily in safety-related systems.

3.

Two temporary alternations for each year (total 22). (Note: None selected for 1985 as only three were processed.)
