MODIFICATION NO.1 TO TASK ORDER NO. 45 UNDER CONTRACT NUMBER NRC-03-89-027
Dear Mr. Lofy:
Based on Parameter's Contractor Release, executed by Mr. Richard Lofy on July 26,1999, the final cost ceiling associated with performance of task order number 45 of contract NRC-03-89-027 is increased. This modification increases the task order obligated amount by
$1,078.65 from $22,180.02 to $23,258.67. This will allow the NRC to release suspended funds l
under final invoice #213-45-3 dated March 29,1995.
j We hereby increase the final cost ceiling associated with performance of Task Order No. 45 to l
$23,258.67. The total final reimbursable cost is $22,672.83 ( includes one year of interest in the amount of $83.85, as a result of Parameter's claim). The fixed fee for $501.99 remains the came.
